For the courses above external providers will be found to assist you with your requirements.
Rhys Green will also be delivering bespoke training courses to assist with updating knowledge, understand and practical application opposed to necessarily following a syllabus. These will not be BC or CW courses but will work off of the same concept and principles meeting your needs and requirements as a paddler.
These are best with a minimum of 2 in attendance and 4 at most. Please email me for more information and to discuss options.

Paddlesport instructor training programme a two week programme which includes-
These 6 courses will set you up ready for the season to come. There are only 6 spaces available on a programme and each programme includes all elements as one price. Through undertaking all courses in this format you can really get to know how things work and how each element compliments the other.
Separately this would be approximately £800, but combined it will be £600 including camping at www.llansawelagored.com
Courses will take place in Llandysul, the lower Teifi, Usk Reservoir, Brecon Canal and on the campsite. Each venue has something to offer and each venue is unique.

Equipment-
You will require your personal paddling equipment, and any kayaking equipment you may desire, SUPs and Canoes are available. Between the group driving and shuttles can be arranged but this is for individuals over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent.

Paddlesport Leader
This leadership award is designed for those who want to lead on sheltered water (clicking the link will take you to BCAB where you will find the environmental definitions), in essence you will be on slow moving river sections and open water. This award is multi craft, but you will only need to use your craft of choice.
Training
These training courses I provide are over 2 days, one day will be on open water while the other will be on a river section. During the training I will go through leadership techniques and group management in both environments. We will also have a good opportunity to look at personal paddling, and we will also look at a variety of options for you in your craft for all rescues as desired. Venues for this will typically be the lower Teifi and Usk reservoir as these both fit with the environmental definition very well while allowing for a look toward an estuary.

Open Water Canoe Leader
This leadership award is designed for those who want to lead on Open water (clicking the link will take you to BCAB where you will find the environmental definitions), in essence you will be on open water (within 500m of landing, but over 200m at times and upto force 4 wind).
Training
These training courses I provide are over 2 days, ideally this 2 day training will have different water sections to show the scope of the award.
I also offer a complete Canoe leader training which looks are Open Water along with White Water over three days instead of four, please
