Along with providing professional development courses, I do work as a freelance Outdoor Educator. My freelance rates are:
1/2 day- £120 - £300
Full day- £250 - £400
Overnights £450 - £1000 (two days and one night)

These rates are negotiable pending location and work required.

This doesn't happen often, but if freelance work is cancelled within 72 hours (of the first day of work), I will invoice for the full amount, if work is cancelled within 7 days (of the first day of work), I will invoice 50% of the total.

If an invoice is not received within the allocated time a 10% increase will be incurred.

All invoices are payable to Rhys Green, certificates will only be administered once the full payment has cleared.

My passion is now passing on knowledge or helping others to best access information that is useful to them. I came into this process from a whitewater coaching background, moving into my teacher training and am now able to provide courses for the next generation of coach. In 2009 I was awarded the young volunteer coach of the year for Carmarthenshire.

While attaining these qualifications, I have also been able to use these skills in a practical setting. When 18 I kayaked the Zambezi then at 20 going out to the Nile, in 2011 I managed to get out to New Zealand to test my kayaking once more. I have spent 6 summers in America working in a summer camp running a variety of activities including being a camp director. I've also enjoyed three seasons in Malaysia coaching sea kayaking.
